This hotel is the epitome of luxury. I was impressed with the exclusive amenities offered, especially the Spa & wellness centre where I indulged in the hydro-massage and steam room. the beauty treatments were exquisite, and the Turkish bath was rejuvenating.
The one minor issue I encountered was the lack of attentive service. Although polite, the staff was not as attentive as I have experienced in other 5-star hotels.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. It was close to the city center, making it convenient to explore Ankara. There was also a mall nearby, which was perfect for our shopping needs. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-furnished, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The bathroom was clean and equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they were always willing to assist us during our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including both continental dishes and Turkish delights. we were mesmerized by the breathtaking view from the terrace restaurant on the 14th floor.
The language barrier was a small issue as most of the staff had difficulty speaking English.
